At SW Laser Creations LLC, all products are custom-made, personalized, and/or manufactured to order. Due to the nature of our products and production process, all sales are final.

No Refunds

SW Laser Creations LLC maintains a strict NO REFUND policy. Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, no refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or exchanges will be permitted except as required by applicable law.

 

Custom and Personalized Products

Because our products are custom-designed, engraved, personalized, or otherwise made specifically for each customer:

• Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

• Refunds will not be issued for customer errors, including but not limited to:

  • Misspelled names, words, or dates submitted by the customer.

  • Incorrect design selections.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Changes of mind after purchase.

• Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting payment.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If a product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify SW Laser Creations LLC within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.

At our sole discretion, we may:

• Repair the item;

• Replace the item; or

• Provide another reasonable remedy.

Under no circumstances will a damaged or defective item automatically qualify for a refund.

 

Shipping Delays

SW Laser Creations LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned Packages

Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim a package are not eligible for refunds. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship returned orders.

 

Chargebacks

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy. Customers agree to contact SW Laser Creations LLC directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

 

Policy Acceptance

By purchasing from SW Laser Creations LLC, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy prior to completing their purchase.

SW Laser Creations LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
